TLC Health Network is a not-for-profit health system that was formed in 2002 as a result of a merger between the former Tri-County Memorial Hospital in Gowanda, NY and Lake Shore Hospital (now Lake Shore Health Care Center) in Irving, NY.
TLC Health Network is part of Brooks-TLC Hospital System, Inc., an integrated health care delivery system for patients in northern Chautauqua, southern Erie and northwest Cattaraugus counties, NY. The newly-merged system includes Brooks Memorial Hospital, a 65-bed general medical and surgical hospital in Dunkirk, NY and TLC Health, offering substance abuse and mental health services, emergency care and outpatient services.
In addition to its brand new 20-bed inpatient substance abuse treatment facility in Irving, TLC provides health care for all members of the community through satellite locations at Gowanda Urgent Care & Medical Center, Forestville Primary Care Center, and outpatient chemical dependency clinics in Cassadaga and Derby. We also operate a home health care agency that operates throughout the tri-county area.
Our mission is to provide a diverse range of quality healthcare services throughout Western New York while adhering to the values upon which we were founded:
Integrity – Compassion – Accountability – Respect – Excellence
